Could you please tell me if it is possible to have Ahnentafel numbers on the Ancestor Chart and how to begin please.

Yes it is possible, and quite easy for any Diagram that includes Ancestors.
In your Ancestors Diagram use Diagram > Options to open the Diagram Options window.
Select its Text tab and scroll down to select Name, Dates, Ahnentafel Numbers.
Untick Save as default at the bottom and click OK.
If satisfied with this presentation, then use Diagram > Save Diagram As > Custom Diagram Type and give it a Custom Diagram Name such as Ancestors Ahnentafel.
Then you can easily redisplay such Diagrams via View > Custom Diagrams > Ancestors Ahnentafel.
If you want to alter the default Name, Dates, Ahnentafel Numbers scheme, then select it on the Text tab and click the Clone button.
Give it a New Scheme Name and then you are free to Edit the items used in the scheme.
