* Drop-down lists in Query Filters

I'd like to see the ability to specify filter values based on a drop-down list which contains the actual content of a given field.

This feature is available for selecting a 'Starting Individual' for a Query (by including a Relationship filter with 'This Individual' selected) but not for other fields.

For example, I'd like to be able to formulate a query that allowed me to select individuals based on their Occupation, by selecting from a drop-down list of the actual Occupations in the gecom, rather than having to type in what I think it might be each time.

The 'Work with Data' > Occupations dialogue goes some way towards this, but to get a listing or add further information to the Result Set you have to Add the results to a Named List, then base a Query on the List .... tedious at best.
