* Fan Charts - allow sideways text

Overview
In V5 fan charts were introduced. FHUG members noted that after generation 5 the text became hard to read.
This wish is to have an option to make the text rotated by 90° where desired.

Problem
After generation 5 of a fan chart, the text is difficult to read.

Proposed Solution
Have an option to swap from the current text which is at right angles to the centre
(on an arc - let's call it horizontal), to one which is at 180°
(aligned with the radius, lets call it vertical) at an optional generation (4?5?6?)
and remain that thereafter.

You can do that for yourself now, just using the editing tools. Although it might be easier if the automatic program did it.
