Timeline Chart V1.0

I believe there is a small typographical bug in the plugin code in the section under Get Parents Death.

It only comes to light when there are multiple families, either Spouse or Child.

Almost the last line in the section is:
ptrFam:MoveTo(ptrIndi,'~.FAMS['..i..']>')
but it should be:
ptrFam:MoveTo(ptrIndi,'~.FAMC['..i..']>')
i.e. FAMS becomes FAMC

Otherwise, what happens is:
(1) If the individual has multiple parents (such as when adopted) only the first parent family deaths are listed.
(2) If the individual has multiple spouses, then their own death is listed as if their Mother/Father.

Thanks Mike, I missed that one.

Should be fixed now. Brings a new meaning to I am my own Grandpa [grin]

I ran this for myself and my grandfather. I can see facts for myself, but nothing at all seems to have happened in in Bill's life!? I will test this to see if there is a maximum number of facts etc.

The other thing I would like to ask refers to Wish List No 40 (Timelines).

I was wondering if this plugin could be enhanced with sets of categorised dates, e.g. the year/decade, monarch's reigns, Presidential terms, major events etc. that the person running it could add the list and it would show at the top of the web page.

These lists could be downloaded or created locally. I'd be happy to compile lists as I'm rubbish at creating plugins.

Found it. He had more than nine facts on the same day (army enlistment).

I have some ideas for that, but I have not had much spare time at the moment to take them forward.

I'll have a look at the multiple events on a single day and see if I can trap or combine them into a single time line item.
