Replacing Census (family) fact

Post by Dave41 » 03 Aug 2012 14:57

I had entered a number of Census (family) facts in FH before discovering AS. If I've understood it correctly, any individual census record entered into AS can replace the existing fact, but it seems that the family census facts will be duplicated. Is there any way to delete all of the family census facts together rather than delete them one at a time? Hope I've understood the situation correctly? Thanks for your help.

Replacing Census (family) fact

I have done you a quick custom family query to find them all.

Then all you need to do is highlight the fact columns (don't highlight the Family column) and press Delete to remove them all.

If any family has more than 4 just run the query again once you have deleted the first ones.
