On Media under the Media List. How do i place my media items in the correct Media List and Keyword Filter

The Media List membership is determined by the type of data the Media record item is linked to.
i.e. If a Media record is linked to an Individual record Media tab then it is in Media List: All Individual Media.
It can also be determined by using the Find droplist on the right.
The Keyword Filter works on the Keywords field of the Media record Property Box.
Use the F1 keyboard key to obtain Help for the Media Window.
