This is probably of minority interest, but "Blitz Latin" software has been available since 2001, formally as a commercial application, but is now freeware and continues to be maintained by the author - latest update was in August 2023.

Detailed information and documentation on the site. Hope someone finds it useful.
The software is Windows only and is working for me on Windows 11, although the author says he has only tested on Windows XP through to Windows 10. For Apple (Mac) and Linux Users I have tested installation via CrossOver/WINE and it appears to be work normally.
For those who see value in appearance, the software is functional rather than pretty, as also reflected by the author's Website's design which probably hasn't changed much since 2001 , but it simply does what it says.

Re: Free Latin Translation Software
I paid for this less than 12 months ago and it was worth every penny. It has helped me (and two others) achieve the lofty pinnacle of honorary lifetime membership of [redacted] Historical Society for our work to transcribe and translate a set of Manorial Court records. (Copies now or soon in Hertfordshire Archives and Dorset Archives History Centre).
Our next project is a set of Manorial Cort Records from the adjacent manor, but we're going to explore AI to speed up the transcription step.

Re: Free Latin Translation Software
Thanks for the tip - in my Polish research I do come across some records in Latin as well (happened just last night), so I'm definitely going to look at this!
