I have finally upgraded from v5 to v7.
I'm finding a number of odd things, a few examples:
A couple divorce, the woman remarries twice, for some reason these remarriages show on her first husband's Facts list, even calling her Spouse. Her remarriages are nothing to do with his life after the divorce.
Another has a widower remarrying years after his first wife died, again this Death Fact appears against his 2nd wife.
The first child of a couple dies, against the subsequent children is the fact of this death before the births resulting in the children's ages against this fact as a minus number!
Another has a widow remarrying, against her late husband is his age is shown, totally irrelevent as he is dead!
I also find all the facts such as marriages of siblings/half siblings/step siblings annoying & make the facts list very cluttered.
Is there any way to exclude unwanted & irrelevant facts from appearing, especially the ones before births & after deaths?

Re: Irrelevant, unwanted Facts
Click that little calendar icon at the bottom of the facts tab and all the entries highlighted in green (Timeline facts) will be hidden. Click it again to show them.
If you want to show some of the Timeline facts but want greater control about what is shown, click the little cog button next to the calendar icon. Select "Timeline Facts..." and you can choose what to show and what to hide when Timeline Facts are selected. On that dialogue box, click the Help button for a comprehensive description of how to control the facts. You can always press Reset Defaults if you lose track of what you've changed.

Re: Irrelevant, unwanted Facts
Thank you Adrian, that makes the Facts list so much neater.
I can see it's going to be quite a steep learning curve going from v5 to v7, thank goodness for this forum.
Thanks again.
