In my Diagram (created with FH6.2.2), I have found the relation to Root is showing twice in some, but not all boxes.
Can you help me eliminate the duplicates which appear at the bottom of the box. Diagram attached.

Peter, unfortunately, Saved Chart files do not migrate from Project to Project. So your Owen 3.fhc file is not useful.
What we probably need is the Diagram Text Scheme file it uses, which can be exported via File > Import/Export > Export
