Hi,
My Family Historian very recently upgraded to 7.0.18, I believe there were 2 upgrades within the past 14 days maybe even shorter than that.
Up until this version I had no problems but since the 7.0.18 has installed when you have a persons name in the Spouses & Children tab, in their "Born & Died" details usually there is a number showing in green which you can click on and it shows Findmypast matches which you can click on.
Now 7.0.18 has installed when clicking on this Findmypast matches it states:
Find my past 500 "Whoops! Something went wrong on our end.
You can go back to the previous page and try again. If the problem persists you can come back a little later"
This is happening all the time since version 7.0.18 was installed, has anyone else experienced this please or can anyone let me know how to stop this happening.
Thank you for your time and consideration I look forward to hearing from anyone.
regards,
Sarah

I think you will find that this is an FMP issue
500 Errors usually indicate that their server is having some sort of problem
See: Internal FindMyPast Links Broken (21093)

Re: Upgrade version 7.0.18
Hidden in that thread, it suggests deleting the folder FH-WebView2 found in C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\
That sometimes helps resolve the problem but essentially it is a FMP server problem.
Possibly so many people are on holiday that they are overwhelming the server.
I think the upgrade to FH V7.0.18 is just coincidental.
BTW: See the FHUG Knowledge Base article on the Family Historian Program Data Folder because C:\ProgramData is often hidden and easily confused with the C:\Program Files folder which is completely different.
