It is not the media filenames that matter but the current Media record Title values.
If a Media record Title contains any of those symbols then the plugin cannot use it to rename the associated file.
i.e. If a Title contains any one of \ / : * ? " < > | then that Title cannot be used as a filename.

None of your files can use those symbols because (as I said) they are illegal in filenames.
