Seeing '=LinksTo()' items
1) Is there a way to see what a Source Template links to? See screenshot showing links.
2) What happens if I delete a Source Template that has one or more links?

1) View > Record Links
2) Any linked Sources revert to Generic Sources. If you undo the deletion, the template data associated with the linked sources doens't appear to be restored.

See FHUG Knowledge Base Finding Where Records are Used that explains various ways to find where any type of record is used.

I think it partly depends on whether you expectColeValleyGirl wrote: ↑05 Dec 2022 16:152) Any linked Sources revert to Generic Sources. If you undo the deletion, the template data associated with the linked sources doesn't appear to be restored.
- a "template" to be a "plan" that is used only at the time of creation - Like a Word Template is used when a Document is created (at a basic level) or whether
- what you have created is meant to respond to subsequent changes in the template - a bit like HTML documents respond to changes in a site-wide style sheet

Re: Seeing '=LinksTo()' items
I don't believe so.
which I do -- we already know that if you modify a source template record, linked sources are not updated.
It may not be the way some people would like it to work, but that doesn't make it a bug; it's a design choice.

Re: Seeing '=LinksTo()' items
But Edit > Undo is meant to: "Undo the last change to your data." according to the Help page.
Therefore any deleted data should get reinstated surely?
i.e. The Template Field data values should be restored.
If a Templated Source Record is deleted then Edit > Undo restores it, including all Templated Field values.
If a Templated Field is deleted then Edit > Undo restores it, including its value.
So if FH deletes such fields then surely Edit > Undo should restore them. Why not?
