FH showing Licence Expired

Post by Little.auk » 14 Nov 2022 14:38

I was using FH last night, but when I tried to open it this morning, I got a Licence Expired message as below - I tried re-entering the activation code, but this gave the no instances available message.

Can anybody help or do I need to contact FH Support?

Contacting FH support is your best option -- but please report back about the solution in case others see the same problem.

Would it be the result of downloading and installing a trial version at some stage?

Have you tried logging out via the link provided and then logging in with same account?

Me too ... I have received the same message about my FH Licence having expired.

My details have recently been hacked here in Australia via the Medibank hack and published on the dark web, so maybe that is the problem. I have contacted FH Support as I have been locked out of using FH. Will let you know when and how the matter has been resolved.

In the meantime, I have changed my identity here on FHUG and will close my registration here so as not to compromise any further.

Matter has been resolved see below:-

Hi, I'm sorry about that message. It was put out in error owing to a bug in the software which has been fixed in the latest update. To get round it, just click the link to logout and then run the program again and login again using the same account that you used previously. You will not need to re-enter your activation code.

The bug is in Version 7.0.17 and the fix is in 7.0.18.

Latest update 7.0.18 says this problem is cured, have you updated to latest version?
