John
I think you must have adjusted the width of the source records field in the Select Source ... dialogue box, or even the dialogue box itself.
For example, one of my sources reads "Ancestry - London and Surrey, England, Marriage Bonds and Allegations, 1597-1921 Image", and all this is visible in the dialogue box
Try widening the dialogue box or the text field

Re: Citations
Actually I'm referring to the 'Select Repository....' box which used to give the long actual names but has now shortened them.

Re: Citations
On the Select Repository window, have you tried making the column wider?. I have it set to almost the entire width of the window as I'm not really interested in the Record ID and other fields.

John,
Whilst I don't use Repositories as such, I think the same answer would apply
Try
1. Widening the Select Repository dialogue box,
2. Widen the field listing the Repostory Records
(place your cursor on bar separating the field titles, click and hold the mouse button, then drag this bar left/right to shorten or widen the columns)

Re: Citations
Yes, in the screenshot below, hover the cursor on the divider highlighted in yellow until the cursor becomes two vertical lines with left and right pointing arrows. Then hold down the left mouse button and drag right to widen the first column.

Or Right mouse button if you’re cackhanded and swapped buttons

Re: Citations
Yes I know how to do the widening of the lines but want to know if I can keep it permanently, so that each day that I open it, it will be already widened?

Re: Citations
To make settings like that persist you must adjust the Records Window tab for the appropriate records.
In this case, open the Records Window, then select the Repositories tab.
Now widen the Repository Records column header as described earlier.
Close FH so that new setting gets remembered, and then run FH again.
Now the Select Repository... dialogue will use that new column width.
The same goes for any other column adjustments and also the order you want the records displayed.
If you want them in Record Name order then click the first column's header.
If you want them in Record Id order then click that column's header.
Whatever is shown in the Records Window tabs is how those records are shown elsewhere.
But remember you must close and reopen FH after such changes to make them 'stick'.

Re: Citations
Thank you Mike, that is exactly what I was referring to!
