Changing default Facts in Add Fact dropdown box

Post by MichaelM » 21 Dec 2021 17:40

This relates to the "Add Fact" button in the Facts tab of the property box.

Is there any way to edit the default Facts that appear in the Add Fact dropdown box? I very often want to add a custom Rsrch fact (used for temporary research notes), and it's a nuisance to have to bring up the full list of fact types each time and to have to start typing the name in order to select the right one from a very long list.

On the Facts tab, click on Add Fact, select More Fact Types, click on More, select the item you wish to add or delete from the Fast-Add menu, click on Edit, select or de-select Fast-Add Menu in Display Settings, and click on OK.

Alternatively you can get to the same place by using the main FH toolbar, Tools > Fact Types.
