I have been happily using FH (currently v.7.0.8.2). I export FH to my own personal website. Historically, I have had anywhere from one to dozens of photos attached to each individual. Now, when I export the program to my website, only one photo appears, per person. In <publish> <websites> <edit> <individual summary report> <options> <pictures> <other> I have changed from the default 1 to 99. However, I'm still only getting one photo per individual on the website, notwithstanding there may be dozens on the FH program. I don't know why the change---download of new version, power cut, other? How can I get all photos back onto my website? The photos all sit in a file on my PC. They all show on the FH program. Thank you in advance

Firstly, please update your Profile on the right to say Family Historian: V7.
Click your username, navigate to Edit Profile, select FH Version, then scroll down to SUBMIT.

I cannot reproduce your problem and all the expected images are included.

If you check the Media tab for the people with too few images, are any flagged as Exclude from Reports?

You say you are increasing the Other: Max Pics count, but as it says below that applies to images linked to Facts and Places.
For images attached to Individuals, you need to increase the Individual: Max Pics count.
It actually does little harm to increase all the Max Pics counts.

Also, if you want all Source images included, then on the Sources tab, increase the Max Pics counts there too.

If this worked correctly in FH v6, then I wonder what may have changed when upgrading to FH v7.
Have you changed PC and forgotten to migrate your custom settings for Diagrams, Reports, Queries, etc?

Did you remember to change the Picture Type Individual to 999 as well and do it for both the Primary and Secondary Page types if you are using both on Step 3

Jane, I already said that, and since he is using Primary ISR there won't be a Secondary.

As always, thank you for your suggestions (and such prompt responses). They are greatly appreciated.
1. I have updated my profile to v.7
2. I don't believe any photos are excluded. Each one is flagged "cap" with a downward arrow. (I don't know what that means.)
3. BINGO ! What I needed to do was increase the "individual" not the "other" (Although I have them both set, now to 99. As was said--does no harm.
4. I changed "sources" but that wasn't the answer
5. I had no change in PC--only the change to v.7 and a power outage.
As an aside, I find that, sometimes, the format will change from Arial to Times New Roman, without me doing anything. I've learned how to remedy that when it happens.
So, with the help of the User Group, I have been able to fix the images problem and I thank all contributors.

2. "cap" with a downward arrow means Use Link Note as Caption is selected.
Edit Media and you will see that selection.

Again, thank you. This time for explaining "cap" downward arrow.
