* Custom ID field lost when upgrading to V7

I have just updated to V7 from V6.2 but the field 'Custom ID' that I had added and populated in V6 is no longer showing on individual records and although the field is on the Individuals list it is showing blank! How can I reinstate that field and data from V6.

Upgrading v6.2 to v7.0 will not have changed any GEDCOM database field values such as Custom Id.

If you are talking about having customised the Main tab of the Individual Property Box with Custom Id, then see the FH v7.0 Help > Family Historian Help > Notes on Upgrading to Version 7 where it says:
"If you previously customized the Property Box, please read Important Notes on Restoring Property Box Customizations below."

If you are talking about a Custom Id column you customised in the Records Window, then try clicking the column heading for that item, or holding the Alt key down while clicking the column heading to sort both forwards and backwards to reveal the Custom Id values.
