Printing Family Group sheets

Hello
V7 For some strange reason I am unable to print Family Group sheets. My printer is sending out blanks every time.
I have checked my printer and other documents for instance from Word are printing perfectly.
Any ideas gratefully received.

Beth, a recent Windows update has upset report printing from FH7 (but not FH6) - see other recent threads. The best option for the moment is to output the report to a RTF file, and print that from Word.

Thank you Mark for your advice. Could it be that FH might create a fix for this printing problem within their program? I do hope it won't be a permanent problem.

Beth,

Have a look at Printing problem caused by Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64 based systems KB5000802 (19114) to see what is going on with this.
