I have found a strange issue on one person only, Hannah MORGAN, which I have been unable to solve.
When I display the parents the two children are shown correctly. When I then display one of the children, Hannah MORGAN, the parents are not showing. However a little arrow has appeared next to the parents which after clicking on is then able to display the parents. See three attached screen captures. I have tried unlinking Hannah MORGAN from her parents and then relinking and the the strange issue is still there.
Any ideas please?

Re: Parents display issue
Those little arrows appear if someone has two sets of parents (for example birth parents and adopting parents). The arrows allow you to switch between the two sets of parents in the display in the Focus window. In your case one of the sets of parents has no names, so the space is blank when they are being displayed.
Have you accidentally created two sets of parents for Hannah? Have a look at the All tab in her Property box. I think you will find there are two Parents family records listed there.

Thank you, spot on with your response. I am in the process of tidying up over 30 years worth of records and this one came up by accident. Having now looked at the Families list for 'parents unknown' I found them at the bottom of the alphabetical listing and I have 4 such families dating back 6 years. Thanks again for excellent reply.
