The "CLEAN UP SURNAME CAPITALISATION" plugin

Post by HanniganResearch » 29 Jan 2021 21:46

As I import data from Legacy, RM, FTM, Gramps, etc. using GEDCOM files, some of the surname use UPPERCASE letters. The "CLEAN UP SURNAME CAPITALISATION" plugin is not indicated to work with FH7 and I could not get it to execute/run once installed.
Is this feature included in the Query of FH7 or some other location so that I can clean-up my data?
Thank you.

It only needed a small adjustment for FH V7 so try the attachment but also contact the Author: Calico Pie/Jane Taubman to request its update in the Plugin Store.

Thank you very much for this Mike. I considered doing a mass search and replace exercise and decided that would just take far too long. So thanks for making this update. It worked perfectly!

Kind regards, Neil
