Making media images larger

Post by dkbutler13 » 14 Nov 2020 16:06

Hi all, I just have a question regarding media images. When I click on media linked to an individual, it open in a property box with the details about the image at the top and the image at the bottom. However, if it's an image that has text on it (ex. marriage certificate or census), it is way too small for me to be able to read. Is there any way to zoom in on this or enlarge it so that I am able to read it? When I right click, there is an option for 'View Media Record,' but nothing happens when I click on it.

Click the icon which is a green cirlce with a black triangle in it, in the Property Box Media tab toolbar . This will open the media file in your default viewer.

Alternatively click the cog wheel icon and select 'View Media for this Record in Media Window', to view it in the main FH media window.

You can also enlarge the window to be full screen by clicking in top right corner.
Also, there are + - green zoom buttons and zoom % on the left
