I have a death certificate and in the Name section it lists her first and current husband, who is the informant.
How do you record both spouses in the death details?

After the death event has been created I would add a note to the event manually in FH, saying that the certificate named both husbands. You can also amend the 'Text from source' in the Source record manually.

You can also edit the Auto-text pane at the bottom of the AS window to avoid having to find the Text From Source fields in FH.
It is actually very common that you need to edit that field to make it a literal transcript of the source document.
The help in AS says that is necessary because its Auto-text feature is not perfect.

Thanks for the swift responses. I assumed that I would have to put it in the note field but I was just checking in case I was missing something.
