Family Historian User Group

Hi,
I am new to the forum and hope I have found the correct place for my query.
I am intending to buy a new laptop and wish to transfer my entire FH files from my old laptop.
How easy is this for me to do?

Yes, you have posted in the correct forum.

There is a detailed guide to performing that kind of transfer in the FHUG Knowledge Base because users regularly have to do it when replacing their PC. See the Family Historian Copy and Migration Guide.

Some sections may not be relevant if you have not customised FH Diagrams, Reports, Fact Sets, etc, etc, and all your Media files are saved within the Project folder.

if anything is not clear then please ask again. Also, don't overlook Ancestral Sources if you use that.
