I have finally got round to upgrading from V4 (hope it's worth it!). Could anyone please tell me whether I should be copying any folders etc (apart from the GEDCOM) so that all my customisations such as diagrams, flags etc are not wiped out when I install V5.

If you installing FH V5 on the same PC as the current FH V4 then you don't have to do anything.

The FH V5 installation will automatically inherit all your existing data, customisations, diagrams, settings, etc.
