Is it possible to enter another column on this window which will show spouse name?

Yes, indeed, but only one spouse per column so you might want to add more than one column. Here are the instructions from the Help file:jonno697 said:

Configuring Columns
The columns in the Records Window are extremely configurable. Right-click on any column heading and choose Configure Columns... from the menu that appears to open a Configure Columns dialog.

You need to use the option and then get the spouse name from the data reference list
