Family Historian User Group

I have suddenly stopped being able to save or autosave my FH file. I get the following message:

Part of the save process failed - please click Retry.

If this problem recurs you may need to consider if any software running in the background (e.g. backup software) may be responsible, and may need to be re-configured.

The problem recurs, even after closing FH and re-opening it.  I have changed nothing since it last saved.

Has anyone any idea what to do next?

Have you installed any new or upgraded backup software. That error normally occurs when another program grabs the temporary file before FH can rename it.
