What sub-fields would you recommend to use for this Event?

Does anyone have a Probate Event (or Will Event)?
What values would one use for Place, Address, Type, Responsible Agency?

To be honest, my family were never will makers so I do not have much experience

Responsible Agency : Executer
Place : I would tend to-wards the deceased location.
Not sure about address.
