I have run the Fact Problem Report.
On printing in Landscape mode, although there is sufficient room on the right side the Warning heading data is not wide enough to see all the warning. Is there any way to extend the width of the warning please ??
Additionally some of the problems appear to be repeated for an individual more than once ??

Fact Problem Report
Assuming you mean the Query, just change the width of the column on the screen. You might need to narrow some other columns to get it to fit on the sheet.
