* Family Group Sheet different in Book

Hi,

I have a customised Family Group Sheet that shows the sources at the end without pictures.

When I add this to a book the Family Group Sheet now shows the source pictures, has different formatting and includes and index - this is similar to an old report that I have long since deleted.

I have double checked that I'm using exactly the same report and have deleted all other versions of the report but still I cannot get the correct version into the book.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

With books some parameters are shared across the book and some come from the report. From what you say you have a custom version so make sure you select your custom version of it using the Other reports option.

I have not yet spent enough time with them to work out all the options, so I may be pointing you wrongly, but I think the Index is global to the Book rather than the report, sources should be on a Report level, if you use the settings option once you add the report is it then correct?

Jane, you are an absolute star!

That is exactly what I needed to know - the sources/formatting of the captions are at the book level so this overrides anything originally set up on the report.
