Installing v. 5 upgrade on Crossover on Mac

I am currently running FH 4.13 on my Mac using Crossover which runs as normal.
I have just tried to install the FH 5 upgrade CD - the installation programme asks for the V 4 licence key then freezes.
Has anyone managed to do this?
Otherwise I'll probably have to fire up the 9 year old PC & install the upgrade there then copy the registry key files across.
I have only used the PC once since Christmas, so hopefully it still works!
