Format Tab > Heading > Record.

When printing Reports I show the Relationship to Root in the Heading. Is it possible to have a line break so the printout appears as

Fred Bloggs (1902-1946)
3rd cousin one removed

Rather than

Fred Bloggs (1902-1946)3rd cousin one removed

ID:6085

I don't think that can be achieved.

The best is to Add a Relationship entry to the Main Section Items on the Contents tab.

Thanks Tatewise. I'll stick with as is.

Steve,
You can make the Record Heading a little neater by inserting a space between (=LifeDates2()) and =RelationShip(FileRoot()).
e.g.
%INDI.NAME:ADORNED_FULL% (=LifeDates2()) =RelationShip(FileRoot())

Annah,
With the Report displayed use Report > Report Options or click Options button on right.
On the Contents tab there is a Main Section Items list on right.

Click its Add button, enter a Label such as Relationship and an Expression of =RelationShip(FileRoot()).
Choose which Show option you want, and click Add button.

This will place the Relationship Item last in list, so use the up/down arrows top right to move it where you want.
Then click OK button at bottom.

When satisfied with your customised Report design then save it as follows.
Use Report > Save Report as or Save Report As button, and choose Custom Report Type.
Enter a suitable Name and click OK.
In future, use this Name in Publish > Custom Reports to re-display this type of Report.

Thanks tatewise I've saved both versions and then hidden them so I can choose which one I want. [smile]
