Capitalisation

As I'm sure you've all worked out by now, I'm useless at expressions etc. I've just downloaded Jane's excellent Clean up Surname Capitalisation and ran it. It's very nice, but highlighted that I have first names in all caps too! And names with no capitalisation on either surname or first name. Is there an easy amendment I can make to the surname plugin? Don't mind if I end up with 4 plugins, one for each.
