I initially purchased version 3 and then upgraded that to version 4 when that was released. Can I continue this process and purchase an upgrade to version 5? If so and at some point I change computer I'll then have to load version 3, upgrade to version 4 and then upgrade to version 5 - is that right?
Wouldn't it just be easier if existing users could purchase full versions at a discount?
Thanks,
Bill

Version 5 - upgrade or full version?
After some persuasion on my part, the V5 upgrade will install on a new computer, BUT requires a V4 full or upgrade license to be entered as well as the V5 license to complete the process.

Version 5 - upgrade or full version?
Thanks Jane - I'll give it a go.
If I only have to enter 2 licence codes (v4 upgrade and the v5 upgrade) then that's easier than having to enter (and find) 3!

It sounds odd to not need version 3 licence number at least, but you guys are the experts!
I have bought a v5 full as like you I have a full v3 and v4 upgrade. I have had to reinstall in the past and will need to again soon and I just couldn't face that hassle again. Didn't know I'd only need the upgrade disk and licence details. Oh well, the extra money went to a good developer.
