Have just set up a PC with Windows 8 Consumer Preview (32-Bit).
Have installed Fh 2.1.6 straight from disc no need to download cd backed installers. Upgraded to version 3 no problem.
Will be running tests over the next few weeks to see how it performs.
Although not expecting great things as only have 768MB of RAM in machine, so below recommended amount of RAM, which is why haven't tried 64-Bit version of Windows.
Any specific things that anyone wants me to try out to make sure works with Windows 8. Bear in mind i only have ver 3 untill ver 5 is released.

FYI: FH V2 CD-Backed Installers are only ever needed for 64-bit Windows. 32-bit Windows has always been OK.

Yes do still need CD backed installers to install ver 2.1.6 but installed without a problem. Upgrade to version 3 worked fine.
Then ran upgrade to ver 3.1.2 all working fine.

one point though and can't remember if has always been the case when i upgraded from 3 to 3.1.2 re-asked for Registration Key. Although excepted it fine and doesn't seem to ask for it again.
