Does anybody know how to save for printing the Individual Records List? Thank you for your time. Roy

You can right-click on a Column Heading and then click on Configure Columns... to get the dialog Configure Columns for the Individual Records List.  Click on the button at the bottom Save to Query... and specify a new name for what will be a Custom Query and click on the Create button.

Then you can use the Query window to run your new Custom Query.  The results can be printed or saved in various formats, as for any Query.  You can also just drag the cursor over a rectangle of cells and then copy them for pasting into a spreadsheet, etc.

Use View > Standard Queries > All Individuals and then from the Query Toolbar top right choose Print &/or Print Preview.

Alternatively, choose the Query Menu from this toolbar, and select one of the Save Query Result Set As options.
