Hi
I have created a custom To Do List following 'Tatewise' instructions. all seems straightforward until looking at the property box and clicking the new tab 'To Do List' there is nowhere to enter the note text. Just the top box marked 'To Do List'. There should be a button to add note and a lower box to add the infomation as in the standard 'Note' tab.
Is this correct?
Regards

Custom To Do List
Did you add the lines for the Note header and the note box and tick the variable height field?

Custom To Do List
The To Do tab is not like the Notes tab, which adds various Notes to the whole record.
The To Do tab has a To Do: box in which to add a local Note to a To Do Attribute.
You just type into the box, there are no buttons.
If you forget to tick the Variable Height option, then the To Do: box will be only one line high.
If you have followed the instructions in the Knowledge Base at:
http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id ... o_do_lists
then there should also be a Date: box below the To Do: box.

Many Thanks
I made a slip up on the DATE.
It all works OK , but not sure I'll keep it. It seems a bit of a work around for what should be a simple attribute for each person or source
