I have a media folder in my project titled BMD (for obvious reasons)and sub-folders for Birth, Baptisms, Marriage and Death Certificate images.
Just recently when I try to link one of these files to an individual I only get the Birth and Baptism folders. There is no sign of the Marriage and Death sub-folders.
Anyone any ideas why this should suddenly be happening, and how to resolve it?
I have FH 4.1.3 version
Thanks in advance.....Marshei

Can you please give a little more explanation.
Firstly, are all your BMD folders, sub-folders, and files still visible in Windows Explorer as you expect.
Please describe the FH commands you are using when you 'try to link one of these files to an individual'.

Thank you for replying to my question.
After trying for several days to overcome this problem, lo and behold as soon as I try to get some help, it appears to have resolved itself!!
All the folders were there in Windows Explorer before but not showing when I tried to link a death certificate image through the add multimedia tab. I can only assume it was some kind of computer glich.[confused]
