Bygones Db Software

Is there anybody out there using Bygones?
I've spent a good part of the day trying to get going with it, without success.
I have tried loading the UK sources Db but it errors every time. Without that there seems little point in trying to input data. I did try but...

I would appreciate hearing from someone that does using it, who could put me on the right track.

Yes I had seen the mailing list but it didn't look particularly active.

However I have sorted the problem with the UK Db downloads, the file type was being changed during download. So even though the software could display the file correctly, it couldn't do anything with it!

With that sorted. Now all I have to do is input some data and workout how I am going to use it.
