I have purchased a new computer with Windows 7 and I have transfered FH 4 with all details without problem. However I can't see any images, have read your 'How To's' but my images are not in Calico Pie folder and I am lost to where to put my folder of images so that FH4 can see them......I am sure that this has occurred before but I can't find the subject in V4 Usage.
Any assistance would be gratefully received.

When you copied from the old machine, did you copy the whole Project Folder, rather than just the gedcom file?
If you were not using a Project with media in the media folder on the old computer, you will need to copy the pictures over and then use the Tools/Work With External File links to fix the links.

Thank you Jane,
I had the feeling that it would involve work, hey, hey and off we go to work.

If possible, it is a good idea to try using Windows Easy Transfer to copy files and settings from an old PC to a new PC.
This at least transfers all your My Documents data, and usually other data and settings, not just for Family Historian but everything else too.
See the Knowledge Base section on Windows Easy Transfer:
