Hi,
With the 'Sources' Tab selected in the records window, if you right click on a source a menu is displayed and one option is 'Add Multimedia Object'
Three options are then displayed:-
Add Link To New Multimedia Object Record
Add Link To Existing Multimedia Object Record
and finally
Add Local Multimedia Object to this Record.

It is this final item, the 'Local Multimedia Object' That I don't understand, I can't find it in the Help File or Manual.
Can anyone help please.

Family Historian supports this for completeness of support of the standard (and for imported files), but recommends not using it.
