How do I instal FH4 on new Windows 7 laptop

I have my original FH 2.1.8 CD, and the version 2 upgrade CD, I also got v4 upgrade download

How do I install on my new laptop, I tried starting with fh 2.1.8 but get the following message Setup is unable to find installation languages in D:FHSETUP.LID file error 105 which is not very informative.

Can anyone help

You need to use a CD-Backed installer, please see
