Diagram options - possible bug?

Post by wellera » 07 Mar 2011 09:21

Hi

I've customised diagram options to display ALL census enries and the LAST occupation.

However, when they are displayed, I am not getting the LAST occupation(I'm getting the second!), and the presence occupation also seems to be affecting the sort order of the census entries (see below).

Image

The properties screen shows the entries are correctly ordered in the file)

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

It is possible that the Census Facts and Occupation Facts are not stored in date order.
The Property Box usually displays Facts in date order, but this is not necessarily the GEDCOM order.
However, the Diagram Text Scheme will display Facts in stored order %INDI.CENS[1]%, %INDI.CENS[2]%, et seq.

To correct this use Tools > Re-order Out-of-Sequence Data and check your Diagrams again.

If you still have problems, please paste your Text Scheme details here.

Hi Tatewise

Many thanks. Silly me - I'd forgotten to re-sequence the records.

Works like a charm now! [smile]
