In many Individual/Family/Narrative/Outline Reports the Report Options have a Sources tab with an Include Repository Information option, which by default includes Repository Id for Source, Media Type, and Note fields.
In fact these fields do not occur in Repository Records; they occur in Source Records, and by default they are hidden on the All tab of the Source Property Box.
The Note field, that by default appears at the bottom of the Repository Property Box, cannot be included in such Reports at all.
Conversely, Source Summary Reports include this latter Note field by default in the Repository Section Items, but the three other fields listed above are not included by default.
This irregularity with the two Note fields may have arisen because their Data References are so similar.
e.g. %SOUR.REPO.NOTE2[1]% and %SOUR.REPO>NOTE2[1]%
Furthermore, the Report Options for Source Summary Reports allow additional items to be included, and the Help claims there are Move Up/Move Down buttons near the top-right corner of the list, to change the order of the items (as in other Report types), but these buttons do not exist!
Are these known discrepancies, and can they be fixed in the next release of FH please?

Report Discrepancies For Source amp; Repository I
Postscript
In the Source Summary Report Options if a long text field is added, such as the Repository Note field %SOUR.REPO.NOTE2[1]%, then only about the first 60 characters appear in the report followed by ellipsis (...) instead of the full multi-line field.
A workaround to the missing Move Up/Move Down buttons is to create a Custom Report and Export it, then text edit the .fhr file, and Import it.
