Hi all! I am trying to find a way to print the 'date of printing' onto printed diagrams, trees etc. Am I missing something simple or is this more complex? I am relatively new to FH and use FH V4.

You can Insert into Diagram > Text Box (e.g. by right-clicking on the diagram). You can include =Today() in the text box. This will provide the date the diagram is generated.

PeterR is absolutely correct.
The ability to use Functions in Diagram Text Boxes as well as Data References is a very useful but undocumented feature of FH.

Many thanks for the above. This will be very useful. I have now found 'functions' in the FH Help and I'm sure this use will be of value to other users of this excellent program.
