Family Historian User Group

Can you help, I have purchased a new computer which has windows 7 operating system and Norton 360 all in one security, my problem is, each time I log into family History i'm asked to enter my registration key, I do this and a small window comes up and says it has accepted the key and has stored it. But, each time after logging off and logging on again I have to go through the whole process again of entering the registration key. I have V4 Family History and it works without any problems on Windows Vista

Try turning off Norton while you enter the license and also try running the program in Administrator mode if that does not work. These sort of problems are almost always another program interfering with the license registration.
