Family Historian User Group

Hello there,

I have just installed AS today and started to use with a new family for testing purposes, but after entering the head and spouse, I tried to enter new sibling, child and parent and after each of these, I get the following error....have I done something wrong??  It is a test family. I used to use Gedcom Census...Is it a clash of these programs?

Would really appreciate some feedback please.

No it's nothing to do with Gedcom Census. Actually this is the first error I've had reported with this version of Ancestral Sources!

I've been able to repeat this error, following your information so thanks for that.

Apologies for this problem. I'll post more details when I've investigated further.

See if you get the same errors if you work with a copy of your usual file - it might relate to it being small file with few families and/or source records already in it.

The error was caused by a silly typing mistake in my coding - literally one word change fixes the problem.

You won't get this error if your file has at least 1 family record AND 1 source record before you add any new individuals to your file in Ancestral Sources.

This error will be fixed in the next version so thanks for reporting it.
