V4 Not responding when requesting Diagram

Anyone else finding that when you request a diagram from the record window, FH goes 'Not Responding'
V4.1.3 on Windows 7 Home Premium

No, does this happen with a specific tree?
have you run the validate option over the file?
Have you tried changing the default printer, as odd behavior on diagrams is sometimes caused by bad printer drivers.

have you run the validate option over the file? - GEDCOMs appear OK; problem even occurs on a mini test file (3 persons)
Have you tried changing the default printer, as odd behaviour on diagrams is sometimes caused by bad printer drivers. - No, at the moment I have down-graded to 4.1.2 and run the Windows Compatibility tool and got it working in Compatibility Mode (Windows XP SP3) in Administrator mode.

Seem to have got this working again:
1) Re-install
2) Sort out a possible dodgy graphics driver update
3) Router problem - recently replaced and the NAS (network attached storage) has picked up a different network address which upset the routing to a networked printer. The driver was OK, but the routing seemed to be upsetting the graphic display.
