Census Entry Utility article link error?

I have clicked the link to http://www.bakery.co.uk/fh/Gedcom_Census_1.exe
in the census entry utility article, and the site I get taken to is a Bakers site, with no mention of FH !!
Is the link wrong, or am I being daft?

N.B The bakers site is my day job site. The file is no longer on the site and by default it sends you to the main home page. I will try and find the article you followed the link from and delete the link.
