Does anyone have experience of multi-user licenses for FH? I am keen to set up a Family History club in my school. Initial soundings suggest considerable interest, with at least 20 pupils wanting to be actively involved on a regular basis.
Would this mean having to buy (at least) 20 licenses (at a cost of over £250.)?
Would I have to buy another copy of FH4 (£50) for school use, or could my own be licensed for multiple use?
Once introduced to the program, pupils would be likely to retain a preference for FH, and go on to purchase their own copies in due course.
Instances of multiple use cannot surely be so many as to provide a significant loss of revenue?
Other costs [subscriptions to sites providing data, printed guides, paper, printing etc.] could end up providing an unmanageable total.
I would like to encourage young genealogists: the benefits are cross-curricular and transferable (N.B. educational buzz-words [bones]) but can see the cost making it impossible.
Comments and experiences gratefully received.

Have you reviewed the Multi-User License details at
http://www.family-historian.co.uk/buy-n ... r-licences
Non-Currently Licenses might mean you could for example install on 10 computers for your 20 members to share.

I'd suggest contacting Calico about this - software publishers will often consider the particular circumstances and adjust prices accordingly.
