PDF Diagrams

When I try to save a diagramme as a PDF File, I get an error message, the PDF output is not enabled, can anyone let me know how to enable it.

The most common reasons for this are:

1. You are running Windows 98 which does not support PDF Printing

2. You have deleted or uninstalled the NovaPDF printer

If the problem is number 2, try installing the V4.1 update which will re-install the Nova PDF program for you.

I am running Windows XP , The PdF used to work with no problems, It stopped after I downloaded the latest update.

Try installing the upgrade again, after uninstalling 'Family Historian (Nova PDF 7) from the Control Panel Add Remove Programs'.

I have re-installed the latest up-grade, biu still get the message that the PDF file output is not enabled. upto a couple of weeks ago the PDF on nmy computer worked well with family Historian, I can still open PDF files held on my computer, How do i enable it in FH

Can you confirm you un-installed the Nova program before you installed the upgrade?

Also if you look on your Control Panel for Printers can you see the Family Historian Nova Printer and that it is working correctly.

From Family Historian if you Select Print Set up can you select the Nova Printer ?
